Cozy winter basics for home + beyond

Hello! This winter I’ve made a resolve to focus on leisure wear, or cozy basics that can transition from home to beyond if need be because they’re just that pretty. I’ve been wearing the same giraffe pajama pants I got for christmas when I was somewhere between 12 and 15 years old up until this point and they’ve become somewhat of a comfort item, oh I love those giraffe pants. Aside from those, its a combo of old workout clothes and my husbands T-shirts, so, it was time!

Here are a few of my favorite things!

LETT clothing

Get yourself some wool socks, a cashmere beanie and a great set of lounge/leisurewear. I got a mix and match set from Lett Clothing and it is seriously beautiful, comfortable and versatile from home to a dinner date. Shown, The Vienna top in size medium (runs form fitting) and the Heathrow pant, size s (though I would probably go with xs next time, I wear a size 25/26 waist). I also got the Geneva top, size M, (perfect loose fit) in Ecru and the Lyon skirt (size small, fits perfect).

UNIQLO

Uniqlo is a new brand to me! Their pieces are paired down, of great quality and really affordable.

This cashmere beanie is from them as well! They rotate colors a lot, heres the link for the current colors available.

SEZANE

Sezane has quickly become my favorite line of clothing. They are out of France and their attention to detail, femininity and quality make it a stand out company. You order and its at your door in 2-3 days, incredibly quick for international shipping. I’d say the fit is true to size. I actually ordered a couple sweaters based off the model sizing in the photos (a size small) and they were a little too small. These one’s here are the Pedro Jumper in Medium and the Gaspard Jumper in Medium as well and the fit is perfect.

The stretchy, horse riding -esque pants are a great style from Banana Republic; the Devon legging. These are an olive green but currently they have them in black and navy blue. Wear them as leggings around the house and easily dress them up with boots or heals going out.

Cozy house things, slippers + socks

A great pair of house shoes I wear all the time: egos

I did a lot of research on socks and went with some angora wool ones and really love them!

Also, have you ever used a knit hot water bottle? you fill them with hot water and put them under your covers while you’re getting ready for bed and it’s so therapeutic all night long!

A cashmere wrap is such a pretty and versatile piece. use it kind of like a robe at home and as a big thick scarf out and about. Here’s mine, and another great, more affordable version.

Ok, Ill leave you with that. Time to get cozy in pretty things and donate the old t-shirts.
